With high-performance machines operated by our 300 skilled technicians in our 27,000m2 factory, the mold we can build from 25 ton to 1000 ton, including nitrogen injection machines for precise products, the minimum thickness of products can reach 0.25mm.The biggest mold size we can build is (2.5meter and 1.5meter ), to meet different needs of customers, and the precise that mold can be controlled is 0.002mm. Fitting mold machine 7.5 ton, high speed CNC machine rotate speed is 30,000, CNC Grinding machine tolerance is 0.0001mm. We supply you good quality products with one-stop service from part design - mold design - mold making - samples - mold or part shipment- after sales service.
